Welcome to betcity666. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and betcity666 ("betcity666", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating through the domain betcity666.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through betcity666.cam — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual sports, and crash games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and not register an account. betcity666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on betcity666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of betcity666, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, or the immediate family members of any such employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not under treatment for a gambling disorder that renders participation in gambling services inadvisable.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change.

betcity666 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. betcity666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account that results from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

betcity666 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be required at account registration or at any subsequent time as determined by betcity666's compliance team.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scanned copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken on the day of submission.

betcity666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframes specified by our compliance team may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

betcity666 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily or weekly caps at betcity666's discretion. betcity666 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. betcity666 will not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be refunded to the originating account and the relevant betcity666 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the betcity666 account and must use the same payment method that was used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. betcity666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing timelines (subject to completed KYC verification):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet & DuitNow: within 15 minutes (normal operating hours)
• FPX & Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): within 1 hour
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): within 2 hours (subject to network confirmation times)
• Complex cases or additional verification required: within 24 hours

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 (MYR 100). Maximum single-transaction withdrawal amounts are determined by your VIP tier and may be adjusted at betcity666's discretion. betcity666 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Excessive withdrawal requests within a 24-hour period may trigger additional security review.

betcity666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) account per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Standard wagering requirements are 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino tables and certain high-volatility slots may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• betcity666 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted in and are actively progressing toward wagering completion are not unreasonably disadvantaged.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or coordinated hedging — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the betcity666 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. General betting conditions are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where expressly provided in specific game rules.
• betcity666 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred on the sportsbook.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction during a casino game round, betcity666 will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings from a malfunctioning game round will not be paid.
• Maximum payout limits apply per single bet or game round. These limits are published in the relevant game's information page and on the sportsbook interface.
• betcity666's decision on the outcome of any bet, game dispute, or system error shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 16.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, NBA, and all other covered events — additional rules regarding settlement timelines, voided markets, and in-play cancellations are published on the relevant sportsbook pages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcity666 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using a third party's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on the sportsbook.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with betcity666 staff members.
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events the outcome of which you have prior non-public knowledge of.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to using hedging strategies to guarantee bonus extraction.
• Any action that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward betcity666 staff or other Platform users.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betcity666 account credentials. betcity666 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

You must notify betcity666 promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. betcity666 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification; however, betcity666 accepts no liability for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security.

betcity666 reserves the right to lock any account that exhibits suspicious login patterns or that has been flagged by our fraud detection systems, pending further investigation. Affected Players will be notified via their registered email address.

betcity666 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered Players to assist in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable within your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Optional limits on the amount you may lose within a specified timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended-period exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to our support team will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betcity666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

betcity666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betcity666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

betcity666 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — betcity666 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at betcity666.cam/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure via our support team prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which betcity666 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and betcity666, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. betcity666 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through betcity666's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by betcity666's operating licence terms. betcity666's decisions on all betting and gaming disputes, absent manifest error, shall be treated as final during the pendency of any review process.
